Project Server

This is a collection of mini projects that involved building server infrastructure for current and future immersion projects in the EDTEC program. Four server applications are be demonstrated:
The goal behind this project was to create a server system that could support and provide services to a school building or district. The Mac OS X Server provides the base foundation necessary to provide these services. The web service of the Mac OS X Server enables the computer to become a server to provide content viewable on the web. The QuickTime Streaming Server enables prerecorded media to be streamed from the server to a another computer or broadcast live. The FileMaker Pro Server allows for databases to be accessible online to be viewed and edited remotely. The Moveable Type Server is a full-featured blogging engine that can be used for blogging, podcasting, content management services, and many other purposes.
